Yes, Saturday and Sundays between 9 am -3pm.

Can I have my cake delivered at a certain time

on Saturday and Sunday?

All though it is not an option upon check out. Please reach out to us prior to placing your order so that we can agree on the accommodations that you are requesting.  (Please keep in mind not all accommodations may be honored).

  Do we have a physical location?

          No, however you can still find us at local vending events.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm for delivery only. 

We ship our cakes every Tuesday  (Cake will not arrive on Tuesday)

Do we deliver during the week?
Yes, in some cases we can arrange to deliver during the week. We ask that you click on the chat button on the bottom of your screen in order to get in touch with us immediately regarding your order and arranging a different date and time for delivery. 

Are our cakes Vegan?
No, however they are dairy free.

Do we ship your cakes?
Yes, Shipping is available and all sales are final. No refunds. If you have a question, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering your cake.

When do you ship?

Our cakes are only shipped out on Tuesday's. 

When will my cake arrive?

We cannot promise you a specific date your cake will arrive because the US mailing system is unable to provide us with that information. We can guarantee that your cake will be ready to ship to you by the Tuesday of your choice upon checking out. 

When can I place my order?

Anytime that's available upon check out.

Please keep in mind the only dates that will be highlighted will be dates for Tuesday only. 

Will my order be shipped out the day I place it?

No. Your order will only be shipped out on the (Tuesday) date of your choosing when asked upon check out. 

What is your Refund Policy?

Our company is still very small, which means every cake is made with love and demands our attention and time. Refunds are not honored due to his reason, but we are always willing to answer all the questions you may have prior to you placing an order with us. 

Do we bake our cakes at home?

No, our cakes are baked in a commercial kitchen here in Orlando, FL.
